Wesley joins us from the client side of the industry, bringing over 25 years of senior-level experience across property, facilities management, and operations.
Having built a career with leading managing agents and REITs, including JLL, Ballymore, and Cluttons, Wesley’s transition from FM Director at JLL, where he managed a team overseeing 200 properties, back to the contractor side of the industry is a return to his roots. Starting his career as a contractor, Wesley rose through the ranks to the top commercial level, and his unique perspective will be invaluable in his new role.
Understanding client needs
Wesley’s time on the client side gives him a deep understanding of what clients want and need from their contractors. Having worked with D Hammond as a client for over 15 years, Wesley is familiar with the company’s ambitions and values, making his move a seamless fit.
