Darenth Valley has been carrying out reactive and planned maintenance work on behalf of Workman at 26-28 Hammersmith Grove for over 10 years, helping them to ensure that the building remains fully functioning and the people using it are happy.
26-28 Hammersmith Grove, London offers nearly 200,000 sq. ft of flexible, modern commercial accommodation and onsite facilities including a café, reception and breakout area and gym and swimming pool (provided by Fitness First). It is managed by Workman, the UK’s largest independent commercial property management and building consultancy firm.
Darenth Valley has carried out a number of projects, including refurbishment of a shared stairwell, refurbishment of toilet facilities, fixing and replacing various doors, repairing roof leaks, building a new bench in the smoking area, the creation of an additional storage unit and more.
