Building on our experience in maintaining high-end residential accommodation, including the Commonwealth Secretariat, we’re receiving an increasing number of instructions for the maintenance of exclusive residential developments, primarily from clients with portfolios of prime developments and serviced apartments in London.
Typically the maintenance contracts cover shared services and common areas and are for planned mechanical and electrical (M&E) work and fabric maintenance, but as every contract is bespoke they can include any of our services.
