James steers both D Hammond and sister company Darenth Valley
As Managing Director of D Hammond and sister company Darenth Valley Building Services, Gerry is ultimately responsible for the performance and direction of both companies.
Neil is responsible for the project delivery including site management, planning all work in accordance with health and safety compliance, financial management and overseeing the technical running of D Hammond projects.
Claire ensures accounts and invoices are settled within terms, and is also responsible for salaries and sub-contractor partners payments.
Maria, who is from Portugal, is a qualified quantity surveyor but has taken an assistant quantity surveyor role with us in order to improve her English. She assists with estimating and works with Gerry and Neil on financial cost control on D Hammond projects.
Combined management experience of maintenance has resulted in a company with the ability and resources to provide a service for all building services requirements projects and small works, fabric works and maintenance.
